SCOPO DELLE OPERE.
Le opere sono volte a introdurre chi le guarda alla contemplazione della "Vera  Divina Bellezza", quella che può riempire ogni cuore, questo ostinato mendicante di senso della vita  e di felicità.
AIM OF THE ARTWORKS:
The artworks are aimed to introduce the viewers to the contemplation of the "True Devine Beauty", the only one that can fill every heart, organ in constant begging for meaning of life and happiness.

LINGUAGGIO ESPRESSIVO.
Discreto,Graduale, Apocalittico/simbolico ( in senso greco; che si rivela).
Piano piano, come delle Icone moderne, dopo il primo stupore per le forme e i colori accattivanti, l'Osservatore, può entrare nei "contenuti simbolici"  dell'opera tramite i dettagli.
Questo allo scopo di guidare l'Osservatore a un'introduzione "passo a passo" al MISTERO di Bellezza che si vuole svelare ai nostri occhi.
Progressivamente emergono piani di significato più profondi, come se venissero raggiunti dei "traguardi" di conoscenza inaspettati, avvincendo e rispettando la libertà dell' individuo.
Se possibile, fino ad arrivare all'esperienza di SILENZIOSA CONTEMPLAZIONE di questa Vera Bellezza, che ci seduce dolcemente per farci suoi.
Le citazioni, o poesie, che immancabilmente accompagnano ogni opera, costituiscono un aiuto alla comprensione della simbologia e dell'ispirazione che hanno mosso l'artista a rappresentare il soggetto.

EXPRESSIVE LANGUAGE.
Discreet, gradual, apocalyptic/symbolic (in ancient greec: which reveals itself).

ISPIRAZIONE DELLE FORME E COLORI.
Raphaella apprezza da sempre la pittura impressionista, espressionista e gran parte della pop-art.
I suoi ispiratori sono Monet, Gaudì, O'Keeffe, Man Ray, Keith Haring, Chagall, Arcabas.
Tuttavia, come uno sguardo positivo sulla realtà circostante, le forme e i colori sono ispirati dai tanti viaggi che Raphaella intraprende.
Le sfumature del deserto e il contrasto col mare turchese medio-orientale, la semplicità perfetta della forma di una foglia, i colori delle pietre, il cielo coi suoi tramonti e albe, le forme delle nuvole che cambiano rapidamente, l'arcobaleno, la delicatezza di un petalo, tutto ciò che nella natura rivela  un'"intrinseca" bellezza che ogni volta stupisce e  rimanda a una promessa di eterna  felicità.
In primo luogo per Raphaella il MISTERO della Vera  Bellezza che la ispira e che orienta la sua pittura è racchiuso nella Sacra Sindone conservata a Torino, quanto di più simile esista a una fotografia di Dio.
Pertanto i temi ricorrenti in tutte le opere sono il SANGUE e l'ACQUA.

INSPIRATION OF SHAPES AND COLORS.
Raphaella has always appreciated impressionist, expressionist painting and a large part of pop-art.
Her inspirers are Monet, Gaudì, O'Keeffe, Man Rayl, Keith Haring, Chagall, Arcabas.
However, as a positive glance on the surrounding reality, the shapes and colors are inspired by the many travelling Raphaella undertook.
The shades of the desert and the contrast with the Middle Eastern turquoise sea, the perfect simplicity of a leaf shape, the colors of the stones, the sky with its sunsets and sunrises, the frame of the rapidly changing clouds, the rainbow, the delicacy of a petal, everything that in nature reveals an "intrinsic" beauty that amazes every time and refers to a promise of eternal happiness.
In the first place for Raphaella the MYSTERY of the True Beauty that inspires her and that guides her painting is contained in the Holy Shroud preserved in Turin, the closest thing there is to a photograph of God.
Therefore the recurring themes in all of her works are BLOOD and WATER.

In risposta al bisogno sempre più pressante di "Bellezza" che il mondo frenetico di oggi invoca con mute parole che non sa più pronunciare, Raphaella utilizza la pittura a olio come mezzo espressivo di tale bellezza che quando è vera è "Divina".

In response to the ever more pressing need for "Beauty" that today's frenetic world invokes with silent words that it can no longer pronounce, Raphaella uses oil painting as a way of expressing such beauty that when it is true it is "Divine".
